Treat Bag Tilda challenge this month was to use a paper bag for your project with a autum theme with your Magnolia stamps. I chose tilda on a broom for a Halloween theme. I added the silhouette of the wicked witch from the Wizard of Oz and some small stamped spiders. I first covered the front of the bag with purple cardstock to use as a background on my paper bag. Tilda is colored with copic markers the witch silhouette was cut with the silhouette machine. Sorry for the blurry photo but thanks for stopping by.

Another Baby Project

Hi just a quick post to show you another baby name plaque. This one is for my neighbor who brought home her baby boy named Kaiden. His nursery is a animal theme so I did the plaque accordingly. I added a stamp with a baby verse and also added a stamp that says all boy. Told you this would be quick if you want to see the other baby plaques I made click here and here

Hello Halo

I just finished making birth announcements for my grandaughter her parents have not had a chance to have professional photos taken yet so I used my camera for some quick shots. Needless to say there is a reason we pay professionals to take photos especially of infants after about 50 shots I finally got one I liked. You would think my battle was over but then printing at home it was almost impossible to get her coloring to print out correctly. I gave up on trying to get her hair color correct (a sandy auburn). Making the actual annoucements were a breeze I used scrap paper , ribbon and lace ,MS lattice punch and a flower punch. This 2 pocket card uses very little paper and is kind of a mini version of these annoucements I made a while back for a friend but not quite as substantial . The pattern for the annoucements only takes a 5 1/2 x 10 1/2 piece of paper, 2 score lines at 3 1/2 and 7 ,two cuts a couple of folds and you are done. If you would like the complete instructions check here. Thanks for dropping by Alicia
